The Pan American Health Organization-World Health Organization (PAHO-WHO), the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and the Caribbean Broadcasting Union (CBU) propose the fourth and final webinar in the training series for journalists and health communicators. The one-hour session will be held on Thursday 14 January 2021 at 2:00 pm (Barbados time). It will focus on the impact of the work of media workers and communicators on their own wellness, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The interactive session will also provide practical tips and recommendations for dealing/coping with stress with an emphasis on the importance of self-care and wellness.
