[Training] The Media Institute of the Caribbean and the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited organise a three-part webinar series on environmental journalism

The Media Institute of the Caribbean in partnership with The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago propose a three-part webinar series that will focus on renewable energy, pollution, climate change and more. It will be held via Zoom conférence links on Wednesday 20th, Wednesday 27th January and Wednesday 3rd February 2021, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm AST.

Field experts will discuss topics that affect the region such as:
– Nutrition Security
– Climate Change and Climate Justice
– Science Literacy
– Biodiversity
– Renewable Energy

All journalists, writers, environmentalists, activists can attend the free training webinar.

The deadline for registration was Friday 15th, January.

The attendees who will complete all three sessions will have a Certificate of Participation.

The Association of Caribbean MediaWorkers will be launching ‘Reporting the Climate Crisis – A Handbook for Caribbean Journalists’ on Wednesday 27th January 2021 at 9.00 a.m. as part of the Media Institute of the Caribbean’s Environmental Journalism webinar.
